Slay the Spire 2 β Deck Planner
Theory-craft a deck before your next climb. Pick a character, click cards to add them, and the analyzer tracks your energy curve, damage/block totals and archetype synergies. The URL updates as you build β copy it to share the build.
Card pool
How to use this planner
1. Pick your character and hit Load starter deck to begin from a real run state.
2. Add the cards you're deciding between and watch the energy curve β a hump at 2+ cost
with no draw usually means dead turns.
3. The archetype detector fires once you have three cards sharing a synergy tag;
its notes tell you the payoff card to prioritize.
4. Card data is an Early Access snapshot kept in a plain
data.js file β spot an outdated number after a patch? Tell us and it ships same-day.
FAQ
Is this planner updated for Slay the Spire 2 Early Access?
Yes β card values follow the current Early Access build, using their STS1 numbers where cards returned unchanged. Balance moves fast in EA; every value lives in one plain data file, so corrections ship within a day of a patch.
Where is the full Necrobinder card pool?
Necrobinder is brand-new in STS2 and its numbers are still shifting patch to patch. Rather than publish guesses, we ship the starter kit now and add the full pool as soon as values stabilize. Patrons get the update first.
How do I share a build?
The URL updates as you edit β the whole deck is encoded in the link. Hit Share build to copy it, or Copy as text for a Reddit/Discord-friendly deck list.
What do the deck warnings mean?
The analyzer flags structural risks the same way experienced players eyeball a deck: no AoE (hallway fights drain HP), no Block sources (bosses shred you), 30+ cards (draw consistency suffers), and so on. They're heuristics, not rules β break them when your relics justify it.
